Damn, near perfect at this price level.Note: Replaced the handlebars with a mid rise (5″) that angle in a bit. Way more comfortable.

Nice solid bike with plenty of power

I highly recommend this bike. I’m 6’2” and 185 lbs, so I needed something big and comfortable. I haven’t needed to go past the second power level so far, even in some pretty hilly terrain. Battery seems to last a very long time and the range is great. 10 or 20 mile trips don’t really use much of the battery charge. Assembly was very easy, and they provided the tools. The user manual is very well written. No negatives at all.

    Excellent purchase

I am a 65 year old single woman. I ordered this E bike after looking/reading about others. The price was right along with the voltage and specs. The bike arrived in just a few days in excellent condition. I proceeded to assemble the bike following the simple step video as best as I could. There was no instruction book included. I am not used to assembling items. The assembly was easy enough although I did make an error on the handlebars which my daughter caught and corrected. I rode the bike without the battery as the battery needed to charge for 12 hours. I found the bike to be very comfortable and a very smooth ride. I was so pleased. After 12 hours of charging I attached the battery to the bike and took off riding for the first time on an E bike. I found the bike to be very user friendly, lots of power and comfortable to ride. I rode it for about 7 miles. I did get plenty of exercise as my legs were tired when I got home. I only used the assistance in the first level the majority of the time as I wanted the exercise. I used the second level at the end of the ride when I was tired. It went plenty fast for me… about 15mph. I haven’t used it on the higher levels yet but was pleased with the performance at the levels I tried. I hope to continue to be as pleased with the bike as I am right now. The thumb lever for battery assistance is kind of uncomfortable. A cruise option would be nice as my thumb got tired. Also an instruction book would be much easier for assembling the bike along with the 3 minute video. I will post again if issues arise but I’m hoping that there won’t be any. This bike and the price along with the quality are excellent at this point. I recommend this bike.

Quite fast! Great price but you get what you pay for!

So far I have put about 500 miles on this bike and I can say that it’s pretty fun to rip around, the bike is fast and tops out around 31 MPH, it accelerates smoothly but sometimes slowly depending on your battery’s charge. Speaking of battery id say that the range is pretty great but if your using throttle only expect about 20-35 miles of range before it starts to get sluggish. The costumer support for this bike is pretty good, I had a shifter and kickstand arrive broken when I bought this bike and the manufacturer was able to send me replacements however installing the shifter was quite difficult due to its construction. Overall the build quality of this bike is pretty cheap it certainly is not fancy or well built by any means, however if your looking for that 750w performance for the price of a 500w this bike is a solid choice and I definitely would recommend if your interested in a cheap and fast e-bike. I’m 6’1″ and this bike fits me very well and really the only upgrades I’d get for this bike would be a better seat, a rear light, and a better phone holder since mine has broken. Overall I’d say this bike is a 7/10 and would recommend.

All of the Fun of Riding With Little to No Work!

Pros:-Great price for all the features you get. My local bike shop has e-mountain bikes starting at $2,000, Costco has a decent 27.5″ for $1,600 that looks cooler but it is way less powerful, I paid about $1,000 after a $100 rebate for this one. Get the warranty and save the box as there is a lot that can go wrong with an e-bike.-Is powerful, goes 25-30 mph on flat roads with me riding and I am about 200lbs; still goes 10 mph when towing my toddler with a bike trailer up hills.-Range is good, 25-30 miles just me riding; 10-15 when I’m towing my toddler in the bike trailer.-Has a nice light, cell holder, horn, and solid kickstand-Like the 29″ wheels-The electric assist works well, like 5 or 6 levels, you can override by gently braking (helpful when trail riding on technical terrain).-Easy to charge and remove the batteryCons:-Got a flat on the back tire on the very first trail I took. Annoying! And the rear tire is a pain to remove and put back due to the disc brakes, electric wiring, etc. I taped the inside of the rim real well to make sure it doesn’t happen again. They should have smoother rims or better stock tubes as others have complained about this as well.-The wheelbase seems a couple of inches short. I’m 6’3″ and I have to place the balls of my feet on the pedals or the front wheel will hit my toes when I make sharp turns-The front fork seems a little cheap, like kind of loose or something, shock is so soThis is my first e-bike. It is way more fun than a manual. Why would anyone get a manual these days except maybe to get a workout? In 5-10 years, most new bikes will probably be e-bikes. Would love a full-suspension one but this is a compromise. Way less expensive.

This bycicle is great. The only problem i had with it is that the kick stand broke.

This bike is sturdy and very comfortable. I add some accessories and everything is working great.I purchased it in November 2022 and I already put 1006 miles and everything works perfect.I put it together myself, using a torque tool without much experience, and i took to the bike shop for the first time for a tune up on 12/07/2023 and even the break pads were great.Everywhere I go people ask me about the bike. They seem to like it a lot. Me too.

    Poor quality

Parts were broke upon arrival. Battery doesn’t last very long. I get up to 10 miles on a full charge. You hear a scraping from the wheels as they turn. Brakes barely work. Save your money.

Just a few issues with the bike, and some concerns…….but let see how it goes.

Putting the bike together was fairly easy. I had 2 of the hex mounting bolts for the handle bars that were slightly stripped so the tool/wrench didn’t sit properly when tightening. In the picture you can see tool trying to catch the edges when tightening and left marks where it kept slipping. I need to see if the company will send out 2 new bolts as I feel it may need to more secure. The manual that comes with the bike doesn’t explain how to use the small digital control and the bar code/scan they give you doesn’t help at all. Not sure how the front fender is supposed to be mounted. The hole in the head of the front forks is for the light.I noticed that the gears need to be adjusted, but will have to look that up on youtube. When I switch gears, it does not shift clean and tends to rub and make noises as it rubs against the lower or higher gear. It may be a simple adjustment. Hopefully I will be able to make contact with E·Bycco and see what they say. The link on Amazon does not show an email address to make contact with them.I have ridden the bike a total of 2 times, 4 miles the first day and 2 miles the 2nd day. I did notice the mph dropped from 31mph (1st day) to 26mph (2nd day). Did the test on the same street and the battery had a full charge. I’m hoping it doesn’t drop even lower after only after 6 miles. I know this one was slightly cheaper than the other bikes rated at 750, just hope I made the right choice. If anyone else reading this has the E-Bycco customer contact email, please let me know. Thanks

    Its a good bike

Well this is the 2nd ebike I bought from this seller the 1st was the 500 watt 29″ E-Bycco. That one is great and I still have it. I bought this one to feel the difference between the 500 and 750 watt ebikes. Yes there’s differences in it as far as performance. I could have bought components to turn the 500 into a 750 watt ebike however it was just too much trouble. The main one being cost, by the time I would have bought what I needed it would have been half of what I would have paid for.a new bike. 2 having to through the trouble of installing the new parts and testing it out to see if it would work. 3 the cost of this 750 watt ebike was only 100 dollar more than what I paid for the 500 watt ebike. So if this bike was so good why 3 stars? 2 reason:1. the battery outer casing is damaged. I posted pictures of the damaged area. To me it’s enough that water can get into it and further damage it.2. The controller shorted out 2 days after riding it. It’s possible it could be the result of the damaged battery. I performed all troubleshooting tips I could do to come to the conclusion of that it’s the controller while pedaling home. The display came up with an E 09 looked it up and checked out the throttle cable, the was not pedal assist, and I also checked the hub motor by disconnecting that cable. Everything was fine with those so the only other part has to be the controller. Right now I’m going to work with the seller to see if I can get it repaired and will update this once I do.11/24/22 update coming soon. I also wanted to add the seller is very cooperative with getting the part I needed. I received the motor controller on 11/19/22. Just installed and tested it today 11/24/22. I also upgrade my rating to 5 stars. While I waited on this part I used the motor controller from the 500 watt ebike I bought from the seller earlier this year in February. The installation of the controller was not difficult at all. Just disconnect a few plugs, reconnect the new controller, zip tie cables back together, put the cover on, and back up and running in 15 mins. The battery turned out to be ok. There wasn’t any internal damage. So I took a little JB epoxy and covered that part. E-Bycco and I discussed replacing the battery if anything happens to it.My 500 watt ebike I learned a lot from that one to make sure I didn’t go through the same issues of flats with this bike. I used a tip from other cyclists used gorilla glue duct tape to assist with the rim tape on the 500 watt ebike and i did the same to the 750 watt. On the 500 watt ebike I have a Tanus armor on the rear wheel. Although it has helped it didn’t stop everything. I was able to ride the bike at low speed back home though. On the 750 watt I used Flat Out sealant in the rear tube. It has been punctured once and the sealant definitely worked. As much as I can I want to avoid taking off the rear wheel. It is difficult, but once you know how to do it, it becomes really easy taking it off and reinstalling it. Flats were my main problem with the 500 watt ebike. I didn’t want it becoming an issue on this one.My experience wasn’t a bad one. Sometimes things happen beyond a person’s control. Just need a little patience and cooperation. From the minute I wrote to E-Bycco they responded and all issues have been solved.Thank You E-Bycco for the cooperation and sending the part I needed.

    Phenomenal bike!

I purchased this bike during prime day so I think for the price the bike is definitely worth it. It arrived on time and actually pretty quick as well. The packaging was top notch. Nothing out of place or damaged upon opening. Assembly was very smooth and I like that they include a tool bag for the folks that might not have tools readily available. It performs as advertised, shortly after putting the bike together I went out and tested it. Reached 31mph without a problem (I’m sure I could hit the 32 if I shed a few pounds lol). The LCD screen is straight forward and very user friendly. The only issue keeping me from giving a full 5 stars is the cell phone mount never worked out of the box. The arms that slide in and out do not operate properly. The arm on the side of the release button always remains open (even when trying to push in it will always pop back out). The opposite arm does not release (open) at all. I would definitely like to find a way for a replacement on that. Other than that this bike is pretty sweet and I imagine anyone who has or plans on buying this bike can/will agree.

    Fasinating

Love how easy the bike is to assemble, adjust and ride. This brand is awesome. The bike may weigh 55lb but is moves smoothly when walking it and it goes when you want. If you are in a cold area you should store the ebike indoors so that temp changes don’t damage tires, and motor… I recommend this ebike.

Great bike. Well made at a great price.

I was surprised by the quality and features on this bike given the low price. Sturdy and FAST. You probably won’t need any follow up customer service, but I had a question about one of the settings. Sent an email to E-Bycco and received personal reply immediately. Very impressed!

Unless you’re mechanically inclined, take this to a bike shop for any repairs

I purchased this in September 2023 for my grandson to commute back-and-forth to work. Within two weeks he had a flat tire. He fixed that easily enough, however, was not able to get the tire back on without having problems with the chain. At this point, he has not been able to ride the bike for about a month now and will have to take it to a bike shop to fix

    E-Bycco and support

I purchased this bike in January 2023. I had some issues with there being a lot of play in the lower bracket so the chain would jump off track if it was all the way up. I took it to a repair shop to see how much it would cost. When I contacted E-Bycco support they refunded me the repair even though it’s not their policy.Other than this one issue, I have enjoyed this bike.

    Powerfull

Shocked at how easy it was to climb very steep hills. Expected power and longevity of travel distance is best in price range, I did a lot of watt/hour calculations. Still really surprised how strong the motor was. I asked a question to EBycco if they had fixed the rear flat tire problem mentioned in comments. (Expect nearly half the weight of the bike is back there with the motor.) No response from EBycco so I got froze on riding before taking the tire off and inspecting taping the rim, or just chancing it. Chanced it. Probably will take it off soon to take a look – when it snows. Also need to adjust the spokes to true the wheels. 5 stars except for the rear tire flat concern and lack of EBycco response. Seems a simple factory assembly fix to trim spoke stubs and add tape to rim.

Pretty good product, Speed is dying

This is a very fun bike to own. Would be 5star, the only issue I have is that when I first got it, it would get to 32mph no problem. It has been 2 months and now it seems to max out at 28mph. I haven’t kept the battery on the charge too long after completion. It hasn’t gotten too hot or cold. I have kept it at 75% when I took a week off from riding(per the battery instructions when battery is not in use for extended periods). But it seems to be gradually slowing down. My rating on this product may continue to drop if the issue gets worse.

It is powerful and goes far distances. Fun. But a little “it’s going to fall apart” feeling when you ride. Brakes squeel like hell. Handlebars about fell off. Blew a front tire on the first trail (Paper thin tubes). No confidence when jumping it. Feel like you’ll lose the front end. Came broken twice. Poor packaging. No menu instructions.

Replace the tires as soon as you receive delivery.

I got two flats within 3 weeks of riding (I ride only on roads). The source of these flats was sharp, metal debris remaining in the spoke holes in the rim (filed them down) and no rim tape. I taped the rims with cloth adhesive tape, replaced the tubes and the tires and it’s been running great (2000 miles so far). I also replaced the cheap mechanical brakes, rear derailleur, and chain to make this a much better bike for my long daily rides.

OK friends, I wanted to wait at least a week before writing an accurate review, so here are the facts; The delivery came much sooner than the specified delivery date. It was packaged very well and very secure, nothing damaged or broken, bent or scratched. It’s extremely easy to put together, even without watching the video on the Amazon listing. Just take your time, if it takes you 10 minutes or takes you an hour, just make sure you secure all the bolts and screws tightly, especially the existing ones already assembled. The tires, are very thin, almost seemed thinner than the actual innertube. If you don’t plan on buying new tires with this bike, you must, and I can’t stress this enough, get a Schrader valve removal tool, which is only a dollar or two, buy a bottle of green slime, 16 ounces. Remove the Schrader core from the valve stem put 4 ounces in the front inner tube and put 4 ounces in the back, screw the core back into the valve stem. No matter what your weight or size, fill these tires between 40 and 50 psi. If you’re mechanically sound, just put green slime inner tubes in the front and back. If you’re used to 26 inch wheels, this bike is jumbo, it’s very large, but there’s a lot of latitude on the seat adjustment so not to worry if you’re not very tall. Speaking of the seat, it looks inviting and comfortable out-of-the-box, but it’s not that comfortable, so there may be a seat upgrade in the near future for those who like a comfortable seat, or adding a gel seat cover. To power on the bike, hold the M button on the bike computer until it Powers on. Power it down the same way. The phone charger on the mount is standard USB so if you have an iPhone, or an android, make sure you get standard USB 2.0, or whatever it is, to USB type C or lightning. They sell three packs of those that are 6 inches long on here for like seven bucks. The LCD bike computer that comes with it is programmable and the program codes are in the users manual, it does come with a user manual, despite what the other reviews say and it’s not that bad. Pretty easy to decipher.I’ve owned more expensive bikes, and this one definitely holds its own. There are like three other similar E bikes being sold on Amazon under two or three different company names but it’s the exact same bike although different specs are listed in reference to how many miles you can get in pedal assist mode versus throttle. If you are over 200 pounds, you’re probably going to get, 25miles on throttle mode, and over 55 miles if you’re under 200 pounds. Close to 55 miles on pedal assist modes one and two if you are heavier. The bike does 16 mile an hour in pedal assist modes one and two, it does 21 miles an hour in pedal assist mode three, and 28 to 32 miles an hour in modes four and five. While in pedal assist mode, you can thumb down on the throttle if you’re on pedal assist mode five and hit just under 35 miles an hour, but much like a big engine on a car or truck, running it wide-open sucks down fuel, same goes for the bike in reference to the battery. It does have cruise control, by holding the thumb throttle down to the desired speed, and pressing the bottom button on the bike computer at the same time, puts it in cruise. If you have to message the seller for any reason, know that they are on China time which is I think 12 hours ahead of us? So if you want a quick response message the seller after eight or 9 PM. They message back in very good English, and are very punctual on getting back to any messages you send to them. They are extremely kind. So to recap, as much as one would like it to be just a plug and play and getting right on the road, please take my advice on making sure you have that green slime in the tubes, and if you live in an area with a lot of thorns or things on the ground, that can puncture tires easily, replace the tubes with 29” X 2.1” green slime tubes. If you’re on the fence because there’s so many choices on Amazon for E bikes, this one is definitely worth the money, and guessing you’ll be pretty happy with the purchase, I have recommended this bike to several of my friends and will continue to do so. It’s a GREAT bike with GREAT customer service.Hope this helps!UPDATE;Had a problem with the charger, messaged the seller and they are sending me a new charger, no questions asked. Awesome customer service!!
